If you're interested in a calibration, the best method of communication is to fill out the contact form below. Replies will come from [email protected]. Please add our new email address to your address book so it does not get sent to a spam folder.  For technical inquiries, text Chad at 937-267-6073.  Cash, check, credit/debit card, and PayPal are accepted upon completion of the calibration.  

Filling out the contact form will also freeze the price for your requested calibration(s) for up to a year, so the price listed on the form will be what you'll pay for the service (minus any coupons, which can be found in the specials page) in the vast majority of cases.

Special note from Chad B about email issues: Our scheduling email was hacked around March of 2023. For that reason, we changed our email address from the old “schedule at HDTVbyChadB” to [email protected]. In dealing with that issue, some communications in late 2023 were lost. If you never received an answer from us in that time period, please contact us again.
